All appointments can be booked online through our booking link or directly by text or phone call to the salon's number (603)-553-3760. 

We encourage you to reach out to the salon or your stylist if you have any questions about your appointment. 

All appointments require 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. We understand that illnesses and other things can come up sometimes so we offer a one time forgiveness. If it happens more than once then we will require a credit card for future booking. If that appointment is missed, you will be charged for 50% of the appointment.


We understand that sometimes it is out of our control to run behind in schedule. This happens to guests and stylists performing the services. We allow a 15 minute grace period as a rule of thumb. Depending on the nature of the appointment and if it is longer than 15 minutes we might have to reschedule. This is something that we will determine based on the individual’s needs and their appointment length. We understand that working with people is an organic experience and time can be of the essence. Our promise is to use our very best judgment to make these choices for everyone’s best experience.

We ask that you respectfully not use speakerphone in the salon or play videos/loud sounds from it while you are here. 

We strive to ensure that all clients are satisfied with their service. If you’re unhappy with your service, our policy is to welcome you back to make the proper adjustments with no extra cost to you. Keep in mind this does not apply to any extra services beyond what is required for the goal set at the original appointment needing adjusting. If returning for an adjustment is something that you do not wish to do, we will be unable to offer you a refund. We value these teachable moments in our salon and strongly encourage you to return. It makes us the happiest when we can make you happy and we believe in second chances.


We love your fur babies! If you have a well-behaved pet that you wish to bring with you during your services, please let us know ahead of time and we will make the proper arrangements. We must ensure first that this is possible while considering the comfort of the other guests that will be there that day.

We reserve the right to refuse service in any case where we find ourselves not comfortable with the nature of a request or the guest's behavior. We do not take safety measures lightly, therefore we will thoughtfully base these decisions on our comfort and expertise. We thank you for allowing us to keep the salon a safe and healthy environment for all.
